Free ground domestic shipping is offered on orders over $100. International customers are not eligible for free shipping.
Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note: any orders placed on Saturdays will not be shipped until Monday.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
Arrival time with free shipping is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, please purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.
NOTE: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you will be held responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments. Which will be deducted automatically from your original form of payment.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 48 hours of purchase.

We offer Free Ground Shipping on all domestic orders over $100.
Ground — $5 flat rate
2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 646-883-8408 with details of the product and the defect within 48 hours.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
